You don't want water or soap to get into your home, so before our arrival, make sure that all the windows and doors are closed and sealed shut. We'll do our part and double-check that they're closed as well.

Notify Your Neighbors

It might be a little alarming for your neighbors if they see our team working on your property. We recommend you notify your neighbors prior to our arrival and let them know that we'll be working on your home for a while. That way, we can get our job done without disturbance, and you don't need to worry about any panicked calls.

Leave An Emergency Contact Number

We do our best to do our job without disturbing you. However, in the unlikely event that there's an incident and we need to get a hold of you, it would be helpful if we had a contact number. Please leave an emergency number where we can reach you. We'll try not to bother you, but it never hurts to be prepared.

Remove Screens From Windows

If you're hiring us for our window cleaning or house washing services, we advise you to remove the screens from your windows. This will minimize the chances of damage. You'll be able to put the screens back after we've finished.
